Bhaskar Bhosale, a distinguished figure from the Pardhi tribe, has been widely recognized for his contributions to literature and social work. In 2015, he was honored at the 10th Akhil Bhartiya Adivasi Sahitya Sammelan in Nanded, and he has been felicitated by the Adivasi Pardhi Vikas Parishad in Wardha, Pune Police in 2003, and the Grampanchayat Urulikanchan in 2005. His novel "Daina" has been recommended as an educational reference in various libraries by the Government of Maharashtra, and he has delivered lectures at Pune University and Sahitya Akademi, as well as participated in the Ravindranath Tagore Jayanti celebrations in Kolkata and Shantiniketan

Additionally, he co-authored "Marashi Pardhi Katha and Dictionary" with Namdev Bhosale, further preserving the language and oral traditions of the Pardhi people.
