short description
The Dagger Iron is the most ancient weapon of their culture. The Shan people are the indigenous tribe of Arunachal Pradesh occupying the eastern geographical stretch of Arunachal bordering the Indo-Myanmar boundary. It is more than a self-defence weapon; it represents craftsmanship and tribal identity. "The needle-sharp piercing tip of the blade bears sharp one side and broad blunt on the other for better grip while in action." The blade is encased between two tightly timbered wooden shafts, overwrapped with cane.

The wooden handle option, which is also wrapped in cane, extends good grip and aesthetics.
This shows that the Shan had the skills to manipulate, through handwork, whichever natural resource they wanted. Heavier than the thought DaggerIron, the idea lands it into the realm of daily use, ceremonial uses, self-defense, valor, ready for action, and heritage.
