Angami men wear the Neitho, a hand-woven garment worn around the waist like a kilt. Some are decorated with cowrie shells and carry designs denoting status and valor. A four-lined Neitho pattern stands for an enemy killed in battle. The men also wear the Terha, a colorful sash with lozenge patterns, with red-dyed cane arm bands and ivory or bone armlets. They wear ceremonial headdresses during the Sekrenyi harvest festival decorated with cockerel feathers, bamboo spikes, and colorful ribbons. The Phichu-Pfe shawl represents the priests during rituals that sends a strong message of spiritual authority.

For women, the primary Angami attire is the Loramhoushu or the white wrap-around skirt with black bands and red accents, with the Neikhro for extra coverage. Another daily wear is the black two-piece suit with red and green stripes, known as Lohe. They wear traditional jewelry comprising beaded necklaces with red carnelian, white shell, and black glass beads, with bone spacers in between. This attire, worn with pride during festivals and ceremonies, evokes the rich culture and identity of the Angami Nagas of Nagaland.
