The end of the bowl connects the pipe continuity with a straight brass length, keeping the integrity long-lasting with a simple and sleek design. One of the interesting features of this pipe is that it possesses a hook perorated at the tail end of the pipe. This probably caters to a dual function, one for hanging the pipe when not in use, or perhaps tying it with the other personal belongings during a congregation with other tribes or ceremonies. The entire pipe, bowl included, has surface designs with divergent lines and dots, which resonate with the characteristics of the Abor in its craftsmanship and proper detailing attention for making beautiful and meaningful objects. This conical-shaped tobacco pipe is symbolic for the Abor tribe in that it features prominently in social gatherings and key ceremonies; it has all their culture, art, and social values encapsulated in it.
